Han Chae-young (born Kim Ji-young, 13 September 1980) is a South Korean actress. She majored in performing arts at Dongguk University.

Critics have praised her work in the television drama, Delightful Girl Choon-Hyang, which is a present-day version of the historical story, Chunhyang. Critics doubted the series would succeed, but it has proven to be a favorite among young adults. Han plays a fun-loving, free-spirited young woman.

She is aptly known as the "Barbie Doll" of Korea. She is also known for her work in the popular Korean drama Boys Over Flowers as Min Seo Hyun, a model and first love of JiHoo. Han Chae-young is married to Choi Dong-joon.
